The right way to permanently repair a pothole. We saw-cut a clean rectangular perimeter, remove failed material, prep the base, apply tack coat, install hot-mix asphalt in lifts, and compact to spec. Saw-cut patches integrate cleanly with surrounding pavement and last as long as the rest of the lot.
Cold-Mix Patching (Emergency / Winter)

When a section is alligator-cracked, the base has failed and patching the surface alone won’t last. We cut out the failed section, repair the base, and pave a structural patch — typically far cheaper than full resurfacing.
